Dr. Nina Beaman, Ed.D, MSN, CNE, RN-BC(PMH), RNC-AWHC, CMA(AAMA)
Nina is certified in four distinct areas:
Dr. Beaman has been in academia and worked in a variety of healthcare venues for over 27 years. She has authored medical assisting textbooks and monographs. She is also a popular podium speaker at professional conferences.
Nina served on the Continuing Education Board of the AAMA and has held several leadership roles in the VSMA.

She actively volunteers for the Medical Reserve Corps and the Nelson County Commonwealth Attorney's Victim Advocate Office, supporting victims of interpersonal violence.
Dr. Beaman is currently the Dean of Nursing at Aspen University.
